while we wait for the stock markets will explain the ideas, I wanted to answer the many emails we have received in which I get asked the following questions: "This action is' GOOD? How about this one? WHAT WE CAN TO KEEP THE MIDDLE, long or short term? "
To these questions we can answer easily by reading the chart action. First, we must not become attached to no action, we must choose action not by name but the earning potential. For this reason, before scanning the graphs of actions hide their name so as not to be easily influenced. For example General, Fiat, Saipem, drums ... who cares about their names, their leaders, their news!
Let's start with some concepts, I think, fundamental
- A title is strong when its graph will start at the bottom left corner and ending in the top right;
- The graph can be divided into primary trend (long term) trend in secondary (medium term) and minor trends (short and very short term).
Let me give you a practical example with the following graph:
- This title, which I have deliberately omitted the name, has a bullish trend of the average (red lines ) and bearish short (blue lines);
- Currently this is a strong title.
